You will be hands on in the development of the application and supporting libraries. The right candidate is experienced with remote development, quickly learning complex systems, dealing with ambiguity, and building and maintaining modular systems that integrate across multiple teams.  Ideally, candidates should have had a long career in the games industry, working in - C- derivative languages (C, C++, C#, Objective C) and understand how to optimise for performance on limited platforms such as mobile devices.
