The Role
Or client is for a Contracts Manager to join there
team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be expected to work on the following tasks,
> Analyse, design and formulate Supply Chain, warehousing solutions as per customer needs.
> Utilise Company’s expertise and capabilities to provide customer solutions also suggest additional required resources.
> To study and provide the solution confirmation activities and the fit/gap analysis; identify key gaps and ensure that the foot print and design meets the customer’s requirements
> Prepare data mapping layouts and reports to identify, compile and present to both management and Customer
> Transform the solution into a practical design, advising mode of process and operations, detailing resource requirements, equipment, infrastructural and IT requirements.
> Formulate articulate Contracts, Agreements, and SOPs, Formulate RFQ, RFFs, Proposals, Presentations, and lead customer meetings & presentations.
> Execute corporate strategy for maximum penetrations within existing corporate account using sales tools like gazing, CRM and strategic account management
> Identify and devise opportunities and maximize cross selling opportunities.
> Provide the business rationale and risk assessment to management for making investments on potential business opportunities.
> Develop case studies within logistics sectors from existing and new business and share with management as directed.
> Be a key member of business development function, designing, developing and providing cost analysis for new supply chain solutions for target customers.
> Update and maintain detailed business pipeline report.
> Liaise and establish valuable relations with essential trade bodies, warehousing vendors and equipment providers, transporters, etc.

Requirements
> 12+ years of extensive work experience in Supply
Chain Management, Process Re-Engineering, Business Process & improvement.
> Strong track record of work exposure in the Middle East on Warehousing, DC Operations, Freight, Transportation and Customs and Regulations.
> Multitalented, aggressive, vision oriented team worker with finesse in planning, costing, implementation, monitoring, gap analysing and formulating suitable solutions.
> Good acumen and eye for details, strong analytical skills to review both operational and financial data.
> Engineering degree OR Master degree in Supply Chain & Logistics.
> Preferred: Supply Chain Certifications, CPP / CPPM / Six Sigma certifications.
> Preferred age bracket: 30 to 35 years
> Internationally travelled and culturally sensitive.
> Excellent communication skills in English; both written and verbal.
> Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
> Ability to set own agenda and work under own initiative.
> Excellent use of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and some other PC applications, knowledge of SAP & warehousing
modules.

Control
Engineer (Maintenance)
Job Synopsis
Purpose:
Provides DCS and PLC related technical, engineering and troubleshooting support to the Instrument Maintenance Section in order to ensure high reliability of LNG plant operation. Also provides in-house training as required.
Provides DCS and PLC related technical, engineering and troubleshooting support to the Instrument Maintenance Section in order to ensure high reliability of LNG plant operation. Also provides in-house training as required.
Scope of Duties:
Liaises with Operations Division personnel in order to ensure understanding of problems and solutions to the DCS and PLC associated Instrument Systems.§
Assists Instrument Maintenance Engineers in compiling trip reports, making recommendations where necessary, on modifications required to prevent trips re-occurrences.§
Works closely with Instrument Maintenance personnel during equipment test runs, plant upsets, and start-ups. Collect information, compiles reports giving recommendations to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production down time.§
Attends to materials queries from manufactures, Purchasing§ & Stores Departments. Review and ensures materials and spares stock holdings are adequate for planned and potential work.
Carry out in-house training of Instrument Maintenance Staff on the DCS and PLC based systems.§
Use own initiative for design and implementation of new Minor DCS and PLC changes.§
Carry out call-out duties outside working hours for the DCS and PLC sections.§
Uses initiatives for DCS and PLC control systems troubleshooting in the Process, Utilities, and Offsite areas of LNG Plant, report back his finding with proposals to prevent problems re-occurrences.§
Involves in daily/ weekly meetings with Senior and Lead Instrument Engineers, operations and E§&TSD system Engineers are required.
Follows ADGAS established policies and professional engineering standards.§
Occasionally undertakes direct field supervision on Vendor Engineers and special work as required.§
Electrical
& Instrument Planning Engineer
Purpose:
To provide Planning and Scheduling functions in the
site and Electrical Discipline and support the Maintenance Division for the 3
ADGAS LNG Trains on Das Island. All works to be planned in a cost effective
manner in line with the Plant Maintenance Policy. Ensure all work is
carried out in safe manner to company standards, codes and practices.
Main Duties:
• Plan and Schedule Work Orders as per the
Preventive Maintenance policy of ADGAS.
• Plan, Resource, Schedule the Corrective Maintenance Work Orders in SAP and ensure timely and safe execution as per ADGAS work procedures and policies.
• Update SAP Data Base as applicable to revise planned man-hours, Equipment Bill of Materials, Equipment Technical Data, etc on a continual basis.
• Provide technical planning support for Maintenance Division Engineers by producing specific work plans in MS Projects / Primavera.
• Produce Daily Maintenance Work Planning Report detailing the Work Orders planned for the day. Provide feedback on the works in progress.

Lead
Rotating Machinery Engineer
Scope of Duties:
● Direct and supervise the activities of rotating
machinery technicians in the repair and maintenance of all categories of Major
rotating machinery (up to 40 MW) and all medium critical rotating equipment.
● Implement and Perform condition monitoring programs for Major Machines and its auxiliaries.
● Experienced with Turbo-machinery applications like major steam turbines, major gas compressors, gas turbines, and high speed air compressors packages.
● Prepare major overhaul scope of work and material reservations for major machinery.
● Supervise major overhauls and inspection for all type/component of turbo-machinery.
● Execute vibration analysis and trouble shooting using shaft centerline monitoring systems and portable vibration analyzers.
● Aware and use the well known standards for turbo-machinery applications.
● Support Operations Division in resolution of machinery related problems.
● Troubleshoot plant machinery problems, conduct root cause analysis and recommend engineering solutions

Senior
Plant Inspection Engineer
Plans, directs and supervises inspection and
certification of the LNG Plant and OAG
equipment and Central Workshops activities.
Directs and supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the Plant Inspection
Section. Performs supervisory functions at the
level established by Management, reporting
directly to Team Leader Inspection (TLI).
b) Supervises the inspection and
certification of all plant and equipment in the LNG
Plant and OAG facilities and ensures that written
reports are compiled as necessary.
c) Plans, establishes and supervise
Plant Inspection scheduling, reporting and recording
systems to conform with the requirements of ADGAS’s
accepted code of practice for
inspection and testing. Including liaising with
Maintenance and General Technical Services
for scheduling of equipment due for inspection and
maintaining on-stream programme of all
LNG Plant and OAG facilities.
d) Ensures that proper, Repair and
Recommendations reports (R&R) are issued after
assessing integrity of plant equipment, including
proper identification of damages,
affected areas, and specifications. Also, liaise
with Maintenance and GTSD for timely
execution of R&Rs.
Credit
& Collection Analyst
jachelor Degree in Accounting.
5 Years experience in debt collection and
credit recovery in similar services organization or Bank.
Public relation, interpersonal and
negoitiation skills are a must.
Fluent in both English and Arabic languages
